The 12 & 11 year old are largely self-sufficient of course, but in the summer they'll need to be shuttled to things and sometimes picked up and taken to an activity after school while the nanny is still on duty during the school year. Obviously most of her energy will go into caring for and spending time with the 4-year old, but when the 4-year old is at preschool (5 mornings / week), we'd ask that she do light housekeeping.[/quote]
