[list]It really depends on what the AAP resource teacher thinks of your child's abilities.  Many parents at our school say the resource teacher has told them there child needs to be at the center.  I have been told by the resource teacher herself and by several other parents the she (the AAP resource teacher) has written and/or rewritten applications to get children "she deemed worthy" into the AAP center.  If she doesn't think your child is a fit she gives you no information - I experienced this myself.   Your bright child will do fine in spite of it all.  Do worry.[/quote]
