OP, sorry to tell you but that salad is not going to help with weight loss.  Feta, nuts, dried cranberries (tons of added sugar) are all calorie dense items that turn a heathy salad into a high calorie meal.  The orange juice vinaigrette likely has a lot of sugar in it too.  As a general rule, pick nuts and cheese to add over dried fruit- but not both.  Pick one.  And make your own dressing.  I think an OJ based one can be fine if you make it yourself and don’t add additional sugar.  [/quote]

Not op, but I disagree. She can have both nuts and cheese as long as the portion size is moderated. Having something dry and crunchy and something else creamy can really make a salad and keep me much more satiated and less likely to want to add on a grilled cheese or something. I'd also mix in some kale or cabbage.[/quote]
