My skinny (115 lbs, 5'9') kid found that many of the XS mens pants only came in shorter lengths (up to 30). So what fit around the waist is too short, as he needs a 32 or even a 34. We're still struggling to find the right fit.
My son is similar-- 5'10, very long legs, and about 115 pounds. For pants/jeans American Eagle (online shipping) has a 28 x 34, Old Navy and Land's End also have pants in this size. JCrew and many others carry a 28 x 32 (once you hit the 34 length with a small waist only a few major brands carry that size) For athletic pants, DS wears a men's small which seems to be okay but not great. He wears Champion and Adidas.
