Why does OP think she is so memorable that they are holding this grudge for 2 months so they can act upon it with her next order? If OP does take out every few months with varying orders they likely have no idea who she is or if they do, they don't know what she's ordered or that she politely pushed back over the phone for a pricing error. They certainly don't know she hates lamb, which I would love as a substitution for a chicken. It's so far-fetched.[/quote]
