Also, I think Wegman’s carries potatoes that are peeled and quartered in their freezer section. (I know some grocery stores do for sure.) So you can still make your own with real potatoes, but that might be a nice shortcut. Or time for the kids/DH to make some mashed potatoes![/quote]
