Which leads to more work on existing teachers...and then the blame comes from parents that their child isn't getting a quality education. Also, better not offer them incentives to stay or come on board for that matter (you know higher pay, days off) they already have it so easy.

+1  You should see how insane some of the parents are on the ACPS thread about the two Thanksgiving days.  Those whack job parents are hammering the teachers into the ground.  Good luck keeping those teachers, Alexandria parents!  With parents like you, who needs enemies, right!?![/quote]
