The pills upset my stomach and they were 3x a day, which means forgetting for me. The patches are mildly annoying to peel off, it's like peeling off a sticky giant bandaid. I chose the PIO (progesterone injections) because they are only once a day and it is the most bioavailable. I have heard of the vaginal progesterone gunking up, causing yeast infections and bleeding. I do the injections myself. [/quote]
