We were heavily involved throughout the entire divorce. Sibling getting divorced was very beaten down after years of emotional abuse and manipulation and ready to get out at any cost. Cheating ex was proposing settling without lawyers, 80/20 custody, giving her all the equity and the house, etc. We made sure sibling had a good lawyer, got 50/50 custody, and fair settlement.
