Not contractor man.  Living next door to extremely dissatisfied Classic Homes neighbor.  Something always failing on the home.  They are 
now resigned to sell in this sellers market and pass on the headaches to the lucky purchaser.  [/quote]

But hopefully, the next person will keep complaining to you and then you can tell them the Seller knew of all the problems and committed fraud by not disclosing them.  Or maybe it's really YOU who has all the problems.  The post wasn't a pity post and my guess is the person doesn't care if you're sorry.  It was about how they wont' build because the price of the design is more than agreed, not that it's too low.[/quote]
