It doesn't mean your kid started it--maybe there has been a pattern of your child being targeted. But usually words of some sort are exchanged, or it is referring back to a previous incident. Again, it is NEVER ok to hit someone. But be prepared that your kids may have been victimized before this, OR perhaps they are not telling you the 'whole' story of the role they played.[/quote]
