For the most part, I think the OP's general preference with respect to suburban vs. urban lifestyle should drive the decision. But, one aspect of suburban life in GF is that people need to drive everywhere, and that often includes driving to private schools in Maryland and DC. Hardly a deal-killer, but just one more thing the OP may need to consider. Even Potomac School in McLean is a decent drive from some parts of GF. [/quote]
