The number of medical conditions that would prevent mask wearing is very, very small - and the kids don't appear to have any of them (severe autism, significant mental or physical disability that would prevent a person from being capable of removing their own mask). Also, HE is also not wearing a mask in the rec center pictures. [/quote]
