She speaks of wanting to keep the kids "AT LEAST" until the end of the school year. At a minimum, that's 6 months. But what's implied is longer-term. She wants to keep them "AT LEAST" that long. When we moved, a family offered to keep our daughter so she could finish out the year at her old school. Our daughter is 8. I'm sure the offer was well-intentioned, but we were a little aghast at receiving it. [/quote]
