[/quote] +1 definitely don’t make a declaration about it. I did a slow fade to go low contact with one part of my family and now see them one holiday a year, no contact otherwise. Knowing that it’s just a few hours makes it easier to get through. But the effect it will have on you (and them) depends on what is going on.[/quote]
