That's a Safe Sport guideline but not an NVSL rule. We have moved people from behind the start who wanted to video and take pictures.[/quote] So this is not accurate. Safe sport says no filming from behind the blocks (not the start) and there is a reason what filming behind the blocks would be potentially a problem. NVSL does not use blocks, so it is a different scenario all together.[/quote]
