At her current job she works somewhere very walkable and doesn’t need to drive at all, but with us she would need to drive one of our cars (which we are ok with conceptually), but I am a little concerned that although she has a license she drives very rarely, so is that the safest option for my kids?

Does anyone have a nanny who doesn’t have a car and drives your vehicle? Does it work well or it is an issue? Is it worth hiring an amazing nanny with the inconvenience of the 2x per day pick ups / drop offs?[/quote]
