I am 4'10 and 114 lbs. My Body fat percentage is 24.5. I have a slight belly and can lose 10 lbs. I wish I were at 22 body fat percentage
You don't. If you had that height and weight and body fat percentage, strangers would be coming up to you and commenting on your muscles. Unless you have a regular, heavy lifting program or are doing some other significant strength training, it is more likely your body fat percentage is over 30% rather than under 25%. To get to 22% by only losing 10 lbs, you would need to also be lifting heavy in a serious way. And you would be visibly muscular at that size. To get to 22% body fat without strength training, you're looking at needing to lose 20-25 lbs. But getting to 22% body fat is totally unnecessary from a health perspective.
