You don't. If you had that height and weight and body fat percentage, strangers would be coming up to you and commenting on your muscles. Unless you have a regular, heavy lifting program or are doing some other significant strength training, it is more likely your body fat percentage is over 30% rather than under 25%. To get to 22% by only losing 10 lbs, you would need to also be lifting heavy in a serious way. And you would be visibly muscular at that size. To get to 22% body fat without strength training, you're looking at needing to lose 20-25 lbs. But getting to 22% body fat is totally unnecessary from a health perspective.

This. Most people have no idea of what body fat percentages look like. As a guy at 22% body fat, I still have visible abs and at 16% a couple of years ago I looked about like the 15% image below and people would ask me if I was below 10%.

I don’t know my body fat percentage. My ideal BMI is 19.5.

Don't know, don't need to know. I'm fine with my weight and fitness level.

18-20 percent because it is what I can maintain reasonably without crazy dieting or working out. Strength training being way more important than cardio for me.

But I’m a heathy weight with good muscle tone. That is fine by me. I don’t need to dig up any more data

+1
Why introduce another metric? Focus on eating fewer calories and exercising (30 minutes cardio and lift weights 3x a week). Learn about nutrition.

How many threads do you need?

Counseling might be better.

You might not lose in the belly, you’d probably just get flatter boobs.
