How old are you? I'm middle aged, a bit taller than you, and losing weight at my age is super hard. Lift weights, run more and reduce calories more. I think that's the only thing at this point that *may* help.
I am 34. I think I am mostly healthy. A sample day of eating is as follows: - Breakfast - steel cut oats with almond milk, chia and flaxseed and fruit - cup of coffee with small amount of creamer lunch - protein smoothie or - sandwich of some sort or leftovers from dinner the night before dinner - baked salmon with veggies and rice or -chicken with veggies and rice or -chicken and veggies or -lentil soup Take out once or twice a week
This all sounds "healthy" but you don't mention portions or calories. Take out calories can also add up quickly and when you are short/small to begin with you have even less wiggle room in your diet Even healthy foods have calories and in order to lose weight you absolutely need to focus on diet. If you gained 10 lbs in the past year you were clearly overeating/calories were sneaking in somewhere. I know for me I gained weight working from home because I was snacking a lot more. Track everything you consume and figure out where you can cut back.
