Don't know what the takeout is, but if you are eating this stuff for the rest of the week, then I'd go see a doctor. Maybe you've got a thyroid problem, or maybe you are pregnant and don't know it. Starving yourself is absolutely the wrong idea.

People are always posting these kinds of menus with no portions. Clearly something is too much.
