[/quote] I think the assumption is that you don't need to post portions because this is such a sad, flavorless way to eat, you'd have to be really determined to overeat your way into 10 extra pounds with a diet like this. But LOL at "takeout once or twice a week." I imagine that's where the too much is. Especially if that "sandwich of some sort" is from Potbelly.[/quote]
