It's one lane each way, with lots of people walking and biking (and parking), not to mention shopping at Whole Foods. The speed limit before today was 30.[/quote] I can't go less than 40 on that road without feeling like a snail. There is never anyone on it. Why not just designate one lane on each side for bikes?
