I told her we really need more notice because we can’t just drop everything with our jobs and we happened to have meetings this afternoon, but that she could leave as soon as my meeting ended around 4:45.

Is it normal for a nanny to need to come late and leave early when she is just a couple weeks on the job? Worried this is going to set a precedent for the future and DH and I need someone we can count on.[/quote]
