Not following you [/quote] I will say I have to do a background check on a candidate. Then they will send me an "all clear" background check from care.com and say here I already have one run. Then I will say to move forward working together, part of my job is to run one myself. So I will then run it and have things come up. It's usually fairly minor- several speeding tickets etc, but obviously that can be important to know if they are driving your kids around. I guess just be wary and maybe question what background check services care.com uses and how far back it looks.[/quote]
