With the exception of some of the IT roles, there are basically two groups of people who go to Gatehouse: the first group is almost entirely former teachers, especially SPED, who were really good at the job but burned out. I don't blame them because it's definitely a sweeter gig and they were woefully underpaid for the amount of work and crap they had to deal with on the job. The other group is the people who "failed up" as described by a PP. Gatehouse should keep the first group and fire the second. [/quote]
