Such as what? What are suggestions you or other parents have made that should be listened to more?  I'm not the OP, but I am a coach as well (albeit a volunteer). Seriously, what do you have to recommend or offer that doesn't involve your DC's playing time or a difference in the coaches' philosophy? What have you done to try to contribute to your club in a voluntary/staff support role?  And have you voted with your feet/pocketbook? What about these other parents you reference? Just leave if it's not what you want[/quote]
