Relegation poses a number of issues for club based leagues like ECNL. My guess is that it would only apply in the cases where both genders at all age groups of a member club were getting shellacked regularly. It seems counter to their "all in" philosophy to strip specific age groups or genders from any given club. Doing so would really cripple the economic model for these clubs since most rely on sharing of resources for coaching and travel.[/quote]
