Well, it won't be the first time pro/rel is implemented in ECNL:

Good call and there’s always a top an bottom. I guess top R has to beat bottom first.

funny OP and PP are going back and forth (maybe just sock pupating) based on the premise that ECNL announced something, but neither can point to an announcement

Does anyone know does this apply to whole club or are decisions going to be made separately on girls and boy sides?

Once again, the ignorant populace laughed. But here it is. Loudoun isn’t ready to lose that patch. But they have 18 months left.

Dem lolz tho.

There needs to be constant disruption. Age changes, new leagues, cancelled leagues, pandemics, invite new clubs, get rid of clubs.....if there is not enough disruptive change, they will come up with something new to create some. A player cannot find a good club and then focus on improving their game....there must be constant churn.

This is a troll. Isn’t there a difference between ECNL and ECNL-R on the level of travel and cost? Why do families opt for ECNLR Vs ECNL?

If that was in place you would have a mass exodus from some large clubs after looking at the records.

I have my doubts about this. Please give us a source.
Relegation poses a number of issues for club based leagues like ECNL. My guess is that it would only apply in the cases where both genders at all age groups of a member club were getting shellacked regularly. It seems counter to their "all in" philosophy to strip specific age groups or genders from any given club. Doing so would really cripple the economic model for these clubs since most rely on sharing of resources for coaching and travel.

I would hope they would just do it by team. But who knows.
