And vitamin D. And look at supplements to improve egg quality. I had three ivf's fail, was a poor responder, had a blighted ovum, had one ovary removed at 36, and managed to have two kids, one at 41 and the second at 44. Oh, and I have hashimoto's so poor thyroid functioning. I tried just about everything, and I really believe supplements, vitamins, proper treatment of my thyroid, acupuncture all came together to help me finally have a successful pregnancy. [/quote]
