Read up on egg quality. Supplements do help. Vitamin D is another thing that impacts ovarian function. It takes about three months to improve egg quality. I'd do some reading here -

Sorry, I missed that you did the RPL panel already. I would still look at tsh, as not every lab follows those standards. And vitamin D. And look at supplements to improve egg quality. I had three ivf's fail, was a poor responder, had a blighted ovum, had one ovary removed at 36, and managed to have two kids, one at 41 and the second at 44. Oh, and I have hashimoto's so poor thyroid functioning. I tried just about everything, and I really believe supplements, vitamins, proper treatment of my thyroid, acupuncture all came together to help me finally have a successful pregnancy.
