He requires his players to be in tip top shape and often has them running sprints and doing push ups. He’s tough and often calls the player out when they aren’t playing their best. When my DD had him, she cried a lot at first. But she became a better player. He coached one team for 4 years or so, and some have committed to pretty good schools - Syracuse, William & Mary, Georgetown. When he recently coached one of my DDs games, she definitely had comments about his style - lots of moving the ball forward, long balls, overall playing a very offensive/aggressive game. This is very different from her current coach and she was not impressed. [/quote]
