Yes, they first broke ground in 2018 after lots of prep and are scheduled to finish in the summer of 2022.[/quote]

I spoke with a facilities guy there, who didn't want to share but finally told me they are 8 months behind. it has nothing to due with supply chain, covid, nothing...just "big construction projects always have delays." It seems that they made the "phases" more fluid due to students being out of the building but that doesn't mean they are ahead, just made more of a mess (in my opinion). Of course they were supposed to be done in 2022, but the weekly updates literally tell us nothing and have never once said they are ahead/on/behind schedule.
My kid is a current 11th grader and will have spent his entire 4 years without ceilings in his school. he doesn't know any different! my second kid was hoping for the "brand new school" look in  fall 2022 as a 9th grader but guess will have to wait a bit..[/quote]
