I am aware that DC has relaxed enforcement of expired registrations during COVID, but does that extend to non-existent registration?

You will get a temporary parking permit that you can print out and place on your dashboard. That should take care of the parking issue.

In the meantime, You will be driving without a license plate. Keep all documentation on you - title, proof of insurance, ID, temporary parking permit, etc.[/quote]
