Thank you!! I'm a consultant, so will mainly just be expensing ubers to SFO. Also considering buying, but it seems like the gap between mortgage/rent for an equivalent space in SF is huge and I don't feel comfortable buying my first house knowing I could never rent it out if I move (also obviously don't know the area well). HHI is 250 and I would buy through a friend who would pass through her fee, so no closing costs.[/quote]
