Existing customers don't get the price break. I guess this is the same sort of deal. If you are already a highly effective teacher in an east of the river school, your reward is that you get to continue being a highly effective teacher in an east of the river school. But, if you are a highly effective teacher west of the river, you can choose to get bonuses and protection from IMPACT in exchange for teaching east of the river. It will be interesting to see how west of the river parents react to the migration of their best teachers to east of the river. [/quote]
