Apparently even at that age you don't know that murder or rape is bad, and deserve a second chance and a shortened prison sentence. These people should be locked up for good. People are being mugged at gun point constantly on Capitol Hill and he does absolutely nothing to initiate policy reform to prevent this.

He is up for re-election and we need a better voice for Ward 6 who actually will help decrease violent crime. DC has worked to have the city revitalized and it has worked well, but if this crime wave continues people will start to flock to the burbs even more than they have with the pandemic.[/quote]
