If it's the moderna vaccine, it's my understanding there has to be specialized training in how to handle it. The vaccine has to be stored at sub zero temperatures in order to be viable. Good luck LCPS.[/quote] All staff who will be giving the vaccine have been provided specialized training specific to giving this vaccine, so they know the protocols. It will be given by a combination of school nursing staff and volunteer medical students, from what I understand.[/quote]
