That doesn't mean there aren't good teams in the other leagues, nor that every CCL team is better than teams in the other leagues. Nor does it mean that I wouldn't much prefer promotion / relegation leagues for all teams in the area. I'm just basing my opinion off the play I have actually seen.[/quote]
