A few ODSL teams that joined NCSL for the fall actually held their own. CCL falls right in line with all the other leagues. Focus on where your child will develop as an individual player the most. Find the best fit for her I promise you The league differences aren't that big of a difference.

I would put the leagues in this order:
CCL
NPL<=>EDP
NCSL
So you place the one league without promotion/relegation on top?

He believes NPL to be above the mentioned. However, my DD’s club is making a switch and ditching EDP and NCSL to play exclusively in NPL.
Should I be worried and leave to another club or not? One thing is to make a few extra $ on the side running around with a whistle and another the development of your child.

ODSL
There is no DA (period). There was no ODSL in the fall.
EDP and NCSL top divisions have some decent teams.
