I wouldn't be surprised to find that FCPS is deliberately shortening the appeals window in order to decrease the use of the WISC. [/quote] I agree that is probably why they are doing it that way. So dumb. The WISC would be more likely to identify kids who really need the program. And it is available to low income families for free. [/quote]
