That's a LOT of talk about the failings of virtual learning which are irrelevant to the question of whether the SMOB is a constitutionally allowed to vote. The actual relevant arguments are given a pretty short treatment by contrast. My instincts tell me that when an attorney tries to make a case about something other than the legal question presented, they're trying to paper over a weak case, but we'll see.[/quote]
