Yes!  In addition to heartburn and weird chest pressure (super fun during COVID!), I found my anxiety skyrocketed on estrogen.  I found myself waking up every morning with severe anxiety and also struggling with paranoia.  I also found things that were normal sources of stress ballooned to feel like Much Bigger Deals.  Definitely my least favorite medicine.  I wish I could say I had some great solution, but I tried the best I could to remind myself it was the medicine, not my reality. I did lots of yoga, deep breathing, meditation, etc...  but the thing that helped most was just awareness and lots and lots of self compassion.[/quote]
