But to answer your question: it matters because it shows how stressful and awful it is to work at BIM. The HOS resigned before his 2-year contract ended because of the toll it was taking on his and his family's mental health. This is not limited to administration. And even if it were true that all kids at BIM "love" their teachers and are happy there, wouldn't it still matter that the place is a toxic work environment?[/quote]
