I'm glad of course that it is a benign type of growth, but I'm not happy that it might keep increasing in size, and I don't like how it appears (like having a permanent wart/pimple). I also tend not to heal well from cuts/scrapes, so if say I have surgery to remove it (would be with a plastic surgeon), who knows, I might have a scar for a long while (slow to heal), and the fact that I have a scar right on my forearm probably will bother me...

Sorry, long note. I was just wondering if anyone else has had removal for this type of growth, and what your outcome was. It seems this type of growth has a high probability of recurrence, so that's another wonder/worry. Or, are there other treatment options?
