I'm gonna guess that IF they are a Virginia, they would choose UVM over UVA because 1. they can't get into UVA and 2. they don't want to go there. LOL simple as that. I only knew UVM back in the late 1980s and early 1990s, my best friend transferred there so I visited a few times. Super fun, great town. I'm surprised that UVM seems to have fallen in the rankings though. [/quote]
