AACPS isn't going back this year. The K-2 kids will be lucky to go back hybrid in Fall 2021. Maybe MS/HS will go back in 2022. We applied to private school and will be withdrawing our daughter next week. She had her "shadow" day yesterday at her new school and had a HUGE smile on her face when she came home. She was so thrilled to be back in a classroom with a live teacher and classmates and can't wait to start. Best of luck to everyone who is still navigating this school mess. Don't delay and get on those private school waiting lists now!
That's great, PP. What school?
St Anne's School in Annapolis. They may have a few more spots open in other grades so give them a call!
I think St Andrews in Edgewater (basically Annapolis - near harbor center) and St Martins in Annapolis still have space too. (At least they did relatively recently) They're both open five days a week as well. Basically, the non-Catholic K-8s are more likely to have space than the Catholic schools or the big K-12s.
