Yes, choose "transactions" then you'll be prompted to select a location to "visit a customer service center" on the next page.  The page after that has an option for "driver's license and identification card services" (you have to scroll down to see it).

It's worth checking availability at a number of places.  I did that and lucked into a much earlier appointment at the third or fourth site I tried.[/quote]
