It looks like she wants to change the age of minor consent to receive a vaccine to 11 years old.

Does anybody know what the DC data on immunization rates looks like?

Have advertising campaigns to increase vaccination rates for HPV simply failed?

This looks like a typical DC reach unless there is something startling which we don't know.

Why not have it like the old scoliosis test and just march all of the kids into the gym and roll up their sleeves for shots?[/quote]
