[/quote] We get so much $ from the Feds[/quote] False. We get cheated by the feds DC gets far far FAR less money from the Feds than any other state. Don’t believe the thinktank estimates which include federal salaries. Our schools are vastly underfunded because we pay $20 billion plus in fed taxes and get back only around $5 billion. Huge deficit. If DC was a state our schools would be way better because we’d get our fair share from the feds.[/quote]
